U.S. Congress has two chambers – the Senate (100 members) and the House (435 members)
Each state has two senators, but a different number of representatives based on population
Idaho’s senators are Jim Risch and Mike Crapo. They both represent everyone in the state, not by district
Idaho’s representatives are Raul Labrador and Mike Simpson (we only have enough population for two) Labrador represents District 1 and Simpson represents District 2.

State Legislature has two chambers – the Senate and the House
There are 35 legislative districts in Idaho and where you live determines who represents you
Each district has ONE senator and TWO representatives
Know your legislative district! Go here: (start with the “Where Do I Vote? Button, and then be SURE to read the instructions on each screen carefully – they are not as obvious as they look.) http://www.idahovotes.gov/AbsenteeBallot/Default.aspx

Not on the test: a Voter Guide which will tell you about the state and local candidates, and their positions on the issues. Idaho Statesman Voter Guide
